I don't know of a single thing that Mary could have done to make selling my house and buying my new house better. She went so far beyond the normal duties of a realtor, I was blown away. The house I bought was over an hour away. She took me to see it three times! She arranged all the inspections and services for me and found a contractor to do all of the indicated repairs on the crawlspace. Then she negotiated the cost of that work to be mostly paid by the seller. To top it all off, she's been great fun to talk to in all our time on the road. I can't recommend Mary highly enough. I'd give her seven stars if I could!
